If it's not right, send it back. Free.
How returns work:
- Email hello@kovelle.store within 21 days of delivery with your order number
- In the UK we email you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label. Outside the UK we will email you return instructions for your country
- Send the parcel back to us
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it
What we accept: Items unworn, with original tags attached, in resalable condition.
What we can't accept: Worn items, swimwear without hygiene strip, sale items marked 'Final Sale'.
Klarna orders: Refund goes back to your Klarna balance, future instalments cancelled automatically.
