How fast is delivery?

Most of our pieces ship from our UK warehouse in 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. A small number of speciality pieces are made to order and dispatch in 7 to 10 working days. We show the exact dispatch time on every product page.

Why do some pieces take a little longer?

A few of our pieces are made to order rather than held in stock. We'd always rather be upfront about it, so the dispatch time is shown clearly on the product page before you buy.

What if it doesn't fit?

Free UK returns within 14 days. We email you a Royal Mail returns label, then you drop it at any Post Office. Your refund hits your card within 3 working days of us receiving it.

Is Klarna safe?

Yes. Klarna is a regulated UK financial provider. Split any order into 3 equal interest-free instalments, with no fees if you pay on time.

Are you really a UK brand?

Yes. Kovelle is a trading name of Sunday Bloom Limited, registered at UK Companies House. Our returns address is in the UK and our customer support is UK-based.

When do new pieces drop?

Every Thursday at 7pm UK time. Sign up to our newsletter for 10% off your first order and first dibs on the drops.

Can I be a creator?

Yes, we'd love that. Visit our Creator Programme for the application form, the commission ladder (10% rising to 20%), and the free product offer for our first 50 creators.

What sizes do you carry?

XS to XL across most pieces, with real measurements on our Size Guide. We're working on expanding our size range, so follow @sundaybloom for updates.
