Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. UK shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How fast is delivery?

Our UK-stocked lines dispatch in 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. Most of the collection is made to order and dispatched in 7 to 10 working days. The dispatch time for each piece is shown on its product page and confirmed at checkout.

Why do some pieces take a little longer?

Most of our pieces are made to order rather than held in stock, which keeps waste down and prices fair. We'd always rather be upfront about it, so the dispatch time is shown clearly before you buy.

What if it doesn't fit?

Free UK returns within 14 days. We email you a Royal Mail returns label, then you drop it at any Post Office. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it.

Is Klarna safe?

Yes. Klarna is a regulated UK financial provider. Split any order into 3 equal interest-free instalments, with no fees if you pay on time.

Are you really a UK brand?

Yes. Kovelle is a trading name of Sunday Bloom Limited, registered at UK Companies House. Our returns address is in the UK and our customer support is UK-based.

When do new pieces drop?

Every Thursday at 7pm UK time. Sign up to our newsletter for first dibs on the drops.

Can I be a creator?

Yes, we'd love that. Visit our Creator Programme for the application form, the commission ladder (10% rising to 20%), and the free product offer for our first 50 creators.

What sizes do you carry?

XS to XL across most pieces, with real measurements on our Size Guide. We're working on expanding our size range, so follow @kovelleuk for updates.
