Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is completely free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere. We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world, and delivery is free to all of them.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day dispatch. Standard delivery takes 2 days and is free on every order. Need it sooner? Express next-day delivery is £3 at checkout.

What if it doesn't fit?

Free returns within 21 days. UK customers get a prepaid Royal Mail label by email, then drop it at any Post Office. Outside the UK, email us and we will arrange your return. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it.

Is Klarna safe?

Yes. Klarna is a regulated UK financial provider. Split any order into 3 equal interest-free instalments, with no fees if you pay on time.

Are you really a UK brand?

Yes. Kovelle is a trading name of Sunday Bloom Limited, registered at UK Companies House. Our returns address is in the UK and our customer support is UK-based.

When do new pieces drop?

Every Thursday at 7pm UK time. Sign up to our newsletter for first dibs on the drops.

Can I be a creator?

Yes, we'd love that. Visit our Creator Programme for the application form, the commission ladder (10% rising to 20%), and the free product offer for our first 50 creators.

What sizes do you carry?

UK 6 to UK 18 across the collection, with real measurements on our Size Guide. Every product page carries a UK, US and EU conversion, so you can order in your own sizing wherever you are.
