Shipping policy
Free delivery on every order, worldwide. There are no delivery charges at checkout, wherever you are.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom - 3 to 7 working days after dispatch
- European Union - 7 to 14 working days after dispatch
- United States, Canada, Australia and rest of world - 10 to 20 working days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer over holiday periods and during customs delays outside our control.
Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking after 10 working days, contact us at hello@kovelle.store and we will chase it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Customers outside the United Kingdom: we do not collect duties or import taxes at checkout. Depending on your country's rules, your parcel may attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee on arrival, payable by you to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.
These charges are set by your own government, not by Kovelle, and we cannot calculate or refund them. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because import charges were not paid, we will refund the order value but not the cost of return shipping.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, email hello@kovelle.store within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and we will put it right.
