If it's not right, send it back. Free.
How returns work:
- Email hello@kovelle.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number
- We email you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label
- Drop the parcel at any Post Office
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it
What we accept: Items unworn, with original tags attached, in resalable condition.
What we can't accept: Worn items, swimwear without hygiene strip, sale items marked 'Final Sale'.
Klarna orders: Refund goes back to your Klarna balance, future instalments cancelled automatically.
