How the maths works for us

We'd rather pay 20% to a creator who genuinely converts than 10% to one who doesn't. The performance ladder isn't a quota, it's recognition. Hit 5 orders and your rate goes up automatically, with no emails to send.

Because we're a small UK team holding margin tight, your 10% entry rate is genuinely what we can afford. Help us prove it sells, and we'll pay you 20% for the rest of time.

One-time gift to the first 50 creators: a free piece from the current collection, shipped same-day on approval. After 50, samples are unlocked at the 14% tier.
