21-day returns, wherever you are
If it's not right, send it back.
How returns work:
- Email hello@kovelle.store within 21 days of delivery with your order number
- We email you return instructions for your country
- Send the parcel back to us
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it
What we accept: Items unworn, with original tags attached, in resalable condition.
What we can't accept: Worn items, swimwear without hygiene strip, sale items marked 'Final Sale'.
Pay later options orders: Refund goes back to your pay later options balance, future instalments cancelled automatically.
